A mobile collection service exists partly for people for whom getting to a lab is hard. A website that excludes those same people would defeat the point.
Commitments
What we hold this site to
- Every page is keyboard navigable, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Color contrast targets WCAG 2.1 AA for text and interface controls.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
- Forms use real labels, grouped fieldsets, and inline error text tied to each field.
- Booking can be completed without a mouse, and without relying on color alone.
- If any part of this site blocks you, call us and we will complete the booking with you by phone.
Standard we aim for
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is checked as pages change rather than once at launch, and known gaps are fixed rather than documented and left.
