Travel charges
How travel charges work
We calculate round-trip driving distance and travel time from our Portland office using your full collection address. Your first 25 round-trip miles and first 30 minutes of travel are included. Additional mileage is $0.79 per mile beyond 25 miles, and additional travel time is $0.60 per minute beyond 30 minutes. Mileage and travel time are calculated separately and combined into one travel fee. Trips of 100 miles or more, or 120 minutes or more, require an individual quote.
