Which service do you need?

Collection only — you package and ship the kit$59We perform the blood draw and collect the required specimens using your test kit. You are responsible for packaging and shipping the kit according to its return instructions.Test-kit collection with processing & shipment$69Includes required specimen processing, packaging, and delivery of the shipment to the required carrier according to the kit instructions. Non-prepaid postage, courier and carrier charges are additional.

Specialty services

Have all orders and requisitions required by your kit or laboratory ready before your visit.

Test kit collections are available Monday–Thursday only, with appointment starts from 6:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. is the shipping cutoff, so it isn't a bookable start. Your kit's lab handling and carrier requirements still apply.
