Visits for multiple residents
Schedule collections for several residents during one visit, with appointments coordinated alongside your team.
Recurring collection days

Coordinated order submission
We work with your team to arrange how provider orders are submitted. Contact us for fax details and instructions for the approved email method.
Some samples need processing, refrigeration, delivery, or shipping. Share these requirements in advance so we can confirm what we can provide and include it in your program.
Scope
Collection services and resident requirements
Collection services
We provide blood draws, sample collection, and related handling. Our collection service does not include nursing care, medication administration, or medical management.
Provider orders
Each collection requires a valid order from the resident’s healthcare provider or the required requisition supplied with an eligible test kit.
Testing and results
For samples sent to a laboratory, the laboratory performs the testing and reports results to the ordering provider. The laboratory determines when results are available; same-day results are not guaranteed.
Any testing performed by Stumptown during a visit is identified separately in the agreed service plan.
Resident consent
Before collection, we obtain consent from the resident or their legally authorized representative.
Pricing for your community
Facility programs are quoted according to the number of residents, collection frequency, location, and services needed. We review your requirements and provide a quote before scheduling.
