We provide PT/INR visits at your location, with a finger-stick INR check or a blood draw for laboratory testing, as ordered by your provider. Arrange visits around your provider’s monitoring schedule.

Finger-stick INR check

Your result is available during the visit

We perform the finger-stick INR check at your location and report the result to your ordering provider. Your provider reviews the result and makes any medication or treatment decisions.

Blood draw and lab delivery

Your sample is sent to a laboratory for testing

We collect your blood sample and deliver it for laboratory testing. The laboratory or your care team reports your result; it is not available during the visit.

$59 first eligible visit each calendar month

$39 for each additional eligible visit that month

Testing is performed by the laboratory or anticoagulation department named on your order.

The appropriate option depends on your provider’s order. If you’re unsure which to select, contact us before booking.

Includes the first 25 round-trip miles and the first 30 minutes of travel. Additional travel charges apply when these allowances are exceeded. Extra charges for certain appointment times apply only if you choose those times. Your total Stumptown price is shown before you pay. See pricing and travel details

How the monthly monitoring rate works

Your first eligible PT/INR PLUS visit each calendar month is $59. Each additional eligible visit for the same patient that month is $39. The rate applies to both finger-stick INR checks and blood draw and delivery visits. No separate enrollment is needed.

  • The rate follows the patient receiving the service, regardless of who books or pays.
  • Only completed visits count toward the monthly rate. Canceled visits do not count.
  • Additional travel and appointment-time charges still apply when applicable.
  • For finger-stick visits, the Stumptown price includes the INR check performed during your visit. For blood draw and delivery visits, laboratory testing may involve a separate charge from the lab.

Your provider sets your monitoring schedule, reviews your results, and manages your treatment. Stumptown reports the finger-stick INR result to your ordering provider. For blood draws sent to a laboratory, the laboratory or your care team reports the result.
