How it works
From prescription to delivery
1. Send us your prescription
Upload it when you book, or ask your provider to fax it to (971) 200-8669. For email submission instructions, contact orders@stumptownlabservices.com. Your prescription must state the blood collection volume.
2. We collect your blood
Your phlebotomist comes to your location and collects blood according to your provider’s order.
3. We prepare and return your serum tears
We prepare your prescribed serum tears from your own blood at our Portland office and arrange return delivery.

Scheduling
Appointments are available at any offered appointment time, including Saturdays. Same-day preparation and return are typically available for earlier weekday collections, but are not guaranteed; later-day and Saturday collections may not allow same-day preparation or return. If you need a particular return time, contact us before booking to discuss the schedule.
