Travel charges for Vancouver
Travel is calculated using a round-trip driving route from 1355 NW Everett St, Suite 100, Portland, OR 97209, to your collection address. The first 25 round-trip miles and 30 minutes of travel are included. Additional mileage costs $0.79 per mile, and additional travel time costs $0.60 per minute. These allowances are calculated separately. Routes of 100 miles or more, or 120 minutes or more, require an individual quote.

Where your samples go
Your order or kit instructions should identify the laboratory that will receive the specimen and the provider who should receive the results. These may be different organizations. If the destination or reporting instructions are unclear, contact us before the visit so the arrangements can be clarified.
Samples are delivered or shipped to the agreed receiving laboratory according to the collection requirements. For samples sent to an outside laboratory, that laboratory performs the testing and reports the results. Any testing performed directly by Stumptown is identified in the selected service.
