Choose the service your kit needs
Check your kit instructions before choosing. If you’re unsure whether your samples need processing, contact us before booking.
If your kit requires a child’s blood draw, routine collections are available for children ages 10 and older. For a child under 10, call (971) 204-6819 to arrange a $25 vein assessment. If the assessment is favorable and the blood draw is completed during the same visit, the $25 is credited toward the collection charge.
Children’s blood-draw informationFor mobile visits, the first 25 round-trip miles and the first 30 minutes of travel are included. Additional travel charges apply when these allowances are exceeded. Extra charges for certain appointment times apply only if you choose those times. See pricing and travel details
Test-kit collection with processing & shipment
We collect your samples, complete the required processing, package your kit, and ship it according to its instructions. If your kit does not include prepaid postage, postage costs extra. We pay the shipping cost upfront and send you an invoice you can pay online.

Test-kit collections are available Monday–Thursday, with appointment starts from 6 a.m. through 2 p.m. (3 p.m. is the shipping cutoff). Your kit’s shipping requirements may require an earlier appointment.
Ice packs need 24 hours
If your kit requires ice packs, freeze them solid for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Stumptown provides independent specimen collection. Laboratory testing is performed by the laboratory designated on your kit. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners.

This service may be right for you if:
- A provider, laboratory, or testing company sent you a complete test kit.
- You have everything required to complete the collection.
- You need a professional to perform the collection, and you'll either package and ship the kit yourself or have us handle the processing and return shipment.
You may need a different service if:
- You only have a lab order and no test kit — see mobile blood draws
- Your kit requires handling we cannot support, or you are unsure whether it is complete — contact us before booking
Before we arrive
Prepare your kit before your visit
Complete these steps before your appointment. You’ll confirm this checklist when you book.
- Have all kit components ready, including tubes, labels, forms, and return packaging. Keep collection supplies unopened.
- Complete your required kit forms, including insurance, payment, and consent information. Do not send credit-card details through ordinary website forms.
- Complete the patient labels as instructed by your kit. Check that the patient’s name and date of birth match the paperwork.
- Freeze any required ice packs solid for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Check that the kit has not expired and that the required return packaging and shipping labels are present.
- Have a clean, well-lit surface available.
We complete only the documentation related to your blood draw, including collection date, time, and collector fields.

We collect your samples
We collect the required samples using your kit. Processing is not performed at your location. If you book processing and shipment, the required processing takes place afterward at our office.

Your kit is prepared for shipping
With collection only, you package and ship your kit. With processing and shipment, we prepare and send it according to its instructions. The laboratory designated by your kit performs the testing and reports your results.
Missing items or incomplete paperwork?
Missing kit components or paperwork may prevent us from completing your collection. Check your kit before your appointment and contact us if anything is missing. Cancellation, rescheduling, and any applicable charges follow our cancellation policy.
