Mobile collection is available to anyone who meets the requirements for their selected service. Visits at your location can be especially helpful for older adults, people with disabilities or mobility limitations, and people with weakened immune systems.
Children’s blood draws
Routine blood draws are available for children ages 10 and older.
For a child under 10, call (971) 204-6819 to arrange a $25 vein assessment. If the assessment is favorable and the blood draw is completed during the same visit, the $25 is credited toward the collection charge.

How a visit works
What happens at a mobile blood draw
Most visits take about 5–10 minutes.
- Book your visit and tell us where you'll be.
- Send your lab order. You can upload it during booking, or your provider can send it to us.
- We confirm your identity and review the order before collecting your blood.
- We prepare and deliver your samples according to the laboratory's instructions.
- Your laboratory performs the testing and sends your results through its usual process.
How to send your lab order
- Upload it when you book.
- Ask your provider to fax it to (971) 200-8669.

Before your visit
Prepare for your visit
- Have a government-issued photo ID available. For a child without government-issued photo ID, a parent or guardian’s signature is sufficient.
- Follow the preparation instructions from your provider or laboratory.
- Unless your provider has told you otherwise, drink your usual amount of water before your appointment.
- Wear short sleeves or sleeves you can roll up easily.
- Keep pets secured and clear a small table or counter for setup.
