These collections require advance review and a custom quote. A written schedule from your provider, laboratory, test kit, or research study is required. This service is not available through same-day online booking.

For samples sent to a laboratory, Stumptown provides the agreed collection and preparation services. The laboratory performs the testing and reports the results. Any testing performed by Stumptown during a visit is identified separately in the agreed service plan.
