Organizational program

Onsite collection events

Arrange blood draws and specimen collections for multiple people at one location. We work with employers, healthcare organizations, research teams, community groups, and care facilities throughout the Portland area to plan collection events around their participants, services, and scheduling needs.

Who books an event

Organizations we can coordinate with

Required paperwork depends on the collection service. Each participant must have any provider orders, kit requisitions, and consent required for their collection. Non-DOT rapid drug screening does not require a provider order. We confirm the requirements with your organization before scheduling.

Employers

Coordinate workplace collection events for employees. Non-DOT drug screening is available through our separate workplace drug-testing program.

Healthcare organizations

Arrange onsite blood draws and specimen collections for multiple patients, coordinated with your clinical team.

Research studies

Coordinate participant collections around your study's required schedule and written collection instructions.

Community organizations

Arrange collections for groups at one location when participants have the required orders or eligible test kits.

Care facilities

Schedule collection days for residents of senior living, assisted living, memory care, and other care communities.

Quoted by program

Every event is different, so we'll prepare a quote based on the number of participants, location, event length, collection services, staffing, and any special handling or shipping needs. We'll review the details with you before scheduling. Onsite events are quoted separately and are not booked through the standard patient checkout.

Specimen handling and laboratory testing

Tell us in advance if your event requires processing, temperature-controlled handling, packaging, or shipping. We’ll confirm which requirements we can support and include the agreed services in your quote.

Stumptown provides the collection and handling services agreed for your event. The designated laboratory performs laboratory testing and reports those results. Any testing performed directly by Stumptown will be identified in your program details.

What we'll need to plan your event

  • Approximately how many people need collections?
  • Will everyone be at one location, or are multiple locations involved?
  • What types of collections or tests are needed?
  • Who provides the required orders, test kits, or collection instructions?
  • Are there special processing, temperature, or shipping requirements?
  • Is a private space available for collections?
  • What dates and times work best?
  • Is this a one-time event or something you'll need regularly?
